Vitalin: Become Leaner and Stronger

Vitalin will help you reach your fitness and weight goals.  Vitalin can help you to:

  • Lose Fat
  • Build Muscle
  • Strengthen Bones, Tendons, Skin, and Connective Tissues

Vitalin is clinically proven to increase the secretion of hGH by the pituitary gland.

HGH is an anabolic hormone meaning that it builds muscle from protein and other nutrients.  From a hormonal / body chemistry perspective, hGH acts in two ways to improve your body composition:

1) HGH acts directly on the target organs (muscle, fat, etc.)

2) HGH stimulates the liver to secrete Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) which then acts on the target organs.

The workings of hGH and IGF-1 combine to produce beneficial changes to your fat tissue, bones, muscles, skin and other organs.

Stored Body Fat (Adipose Tissue)

HGH stimulates lipolysis which is the process of breaking down stored fat to prepare it to be used as fuel for the body. The fat is broken down into a glycerol and three fatty acids.  These are then used by the liver to make glucose via a process known as Gluconeogenesis. Glucose of course is a highly desired form of fuel for the body and many of its organs.

The increased lipolysis will help to reduce your stored body fat effortlessly, while maintaining a higher metabolic rate because your body is now accessing all of this extra fuel from your fat cells.  Much of the Gluconeogenesis – the creation of glucose to be used for energy.  This glucose is made from stored body fat also known as adipose tissue.

Bones

As mentioned above - an increase in hGH levels causes an increase in IGF-1 production. IGF-1 acts to thicken and strengthen your bones.  It causes an increase in osteoblastic and osteoclastic activity in bone cells and this in turn causes endochondral ossification, a critical process for growth and repair of bones.  IGF-1 also promotes the production of type 1 collagen.  This collagen is arranged in fibers that provide strength to bones, blood vessels, skin, and tendons.  In this way, IGF-1 is also very beneficial in bone repair.

Muscles

Increased hGH increases IGF-1 which in turn increases the uptake of amino acids into the muscles.  It also increases protein synthesis thereby helping to make the muscles stronger and larger.
